Refund and Returns Policy
ISATradio is an independently operated online reseller that uses a dropshipping fulfilment model. Return and refund eligibility depends on the condition of the item, the reason for the request, and the applicable product and supplier terms.
Request window
Please contact us at isatradio@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return or refund review. Contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Eligible requests
- Items that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered may be reviewed for a replacement or refund.
- We may ask for the order number, photographs, and other information needed to assess the request.
- For compatibility or change-of-mind requests, the item should be unused, unopened where applicable, and in its original packaging.
- Items damaged through misuse, altered after delivery, or returned incomplete may not qualify.
Return shipping
After reviewing your request, we will provide the applicable return instructions. Responsibility for return shipping depends on the reason for the return and the product-specific terms. Do not ship an item to an address until we have confirmed the return destination.
Refund processing
If a refund is approved, we will confirm the amount and processing method. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment or financial institution and any applicable processing requirements.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. An order may not be cancellable once it has been processed for fulfilment or shipped.
